Aggregate Site Plans are required to apply for sand gravel clay earth and bedrock access and production permits in Ontario.These plans include a general description of the geographic location of the site defining lot concession geographic township local municipality upper tier municipality and territorial district. They also include mitigation measures monitoring programs avoidance areas temporary avoidance and protection areas and refer to adaptive management plans.
